(Controls and such are down below)

This is a prototype for a game I've been working on for awhile now, about a full year. This is a Maze of Galious-like, akin to games like La-Mulana and Hydra Castle Labyrinth, with more of a focus on the story called Mysterious Max.

If I ever get a source of income from something other than game development, I'll definitely return to this project. But for now it remains a prototype. Feel free to download and make your way to the end of the level where you'll fight an unfinished boss that can't be killed. If you enjoyed what little is there, I'll be happy. Hopefully some day I'll have something more substantial for you to sink your teeth into! Until then, take care.

Story (when I make the game)

You play as Max, a mysterious dog with a mysterious past. He's invited to a mysterious castle by a mysterious individual promising him a brand new family.

Characters

Max's new siblings - Mean, Median, and Mode

They don't get along very well. Especially the green and yellow ones.



Max's babysitter - ???
He likes baths, self-care, and relaxing... and he doesn't like anyone who gets in the way of his me-time.



Max's new parents - ??? and ???
A cowboy and a scientist, once deeply in love with one another; recently they've grown apart...



Max's new music teacher - ???
He enjoys making music, listening to music, and making sure you enjoy music.



The owner of the castle - Sir Heart
He's the one who invited Max! Not much is known about him, but he seems nice?



EXTRA mysterious individual...
